RETURN POLICY

In the event of an error by our company. We will give you a full refund for the value of the order and the shipping costs.
In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is returned, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
Returns are accepted after consultation and only if the products are undamaged and in their original condition.
Your refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by our company.
Your refund is made to the same payment method with which you completed the order. In the cases of cash on delivery and bank deposit, you must tell us the account to which you want the deposit to be made. Retail receipt is required for returns. In case of issuing an invoice, the return must be made with a delivery note.
In the event that the return is not made within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, DATAFLOW I.K.E. has the right not to accept back the products and not to proceed with their replacement.
In case the payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled and the credit card updated accordingly.
