TERMS OF USE AND TRANSACTION

The Terms of Use and Transaction determine the rights and obligations of DATAFLOW I.K.E. and the customer.

DATAFLOW I.K.E. reserves the right to communicate with the customer, electronically or by phone, during the progress of the order until its completion.

The Terms of Use and Transaction, the order form and the order confirmation constitute the sales contract between www.data-flow.gr and the customer of www.data-flow.gr for the sale of the products ordered by the customer.

DATAFLOW I.K.E. reserves the right to change the Terms of Use and Transaction.

The customer acknowledges, before placing an order, that he has read and agreed with all the information mentioned herein and accepts the current version of the Terms of Use and Transactions only with the order and transaction from www.data-flow.gr.

 

2. TERMINOLOGY

Capitalized terms and expressions in this document have the following meaning:

"Terms of use and transaction" refers to this document, which describes the terms of use and transaction between the customer and DATAFLOW I.K.E..

"Product" refers to the products available for sale on the Website

3. PURPOSE

The purpose of these Terms of Use and Transaction is to define the rights and obligations of the Groups in the general context of the online sale of Products offered in the DATAFLOW I.K.E. online store.

The Customer acknowledges, before placing his order, that he has read and agreed with all the information mentioned in these Terms of Use and Transaction. The Customer also represents that it has the legal right to enter into this Agreement.

 

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Each visitor, user or Customer of www.data-flow.gr accepts that they will use this website in accordance with the law, which means that they will not use the website to publish content that is illegal or inappropriate in any way.

 

5. RIGHT OF TRANSACTION

The Customer has the right to carry out transactions through the website if:

They are 18 years of age or older.

Fill in the personal information required.

He confirms that the personal information he has filled in is accurate and true.

 

6. CREATING AN ACCOUNT

It is not necessary for the customer to create an account at www.data-flow.gr to make a purchase.

The customer can create an account by filling out a form. The Customer declares that all personal information provided is complete and accurate. Misleading or defamatory information may lead to the immediate closure of the customer's account and the cancellation of all Orders by DATAFLOW I.K.E..

Upon creating his account, the Customer will choose a username and a password. The Customer must ensure that he never discloses his username and password.

The Customer account is only available to the Customer himself using his username and password.

The Customer is responsible for all actions performed on www.data-flow.gr under his username and password. Each user, who is registered on the website, will be responsible for every Order placed during the time he is connected with his username and password.

 

7. PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, the Customer must add the products of His choice, in the desired quantity, to the shopping cart. Shipping costs are calculated on the total of an order.

When placing products in the shopping cart, one does not hold them back from being purchased by another Customer.

While browsing www.data-flow.gr, the Customer can add a Product to the shopping cart by clicking the "buy" button. At any time until the confirmation of the order, the Customer can change his mind and change the quantity or remove one or more selected Products.

Once the Customer has completed his purchases, he will be asked to proceed to the "checkout", i.e. to complete and confirm his order, either as a "guest" or as a "registered user". In any case, the Customer will need to provide information on the Billing Address, Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Method.

The placing of the order is completed only after the selection and confirmation of the above. By placing the order, the Customer expresses his intention to buy the product(s) that are in the shopping cart and that he has chosen. The Customer will be automatically transferred to the payment execution page of alphabank, under the security conditions and the bank's responsibility (http://www.alpha.gr/page/). All orders are confirmed by DATAFLOW I.K.E.. The sales contract is completed as soon as DATAFLOW I.K.E. accepts the Customer's Order and confirms via e-mail. The e-mail acts as a confirmation – proof of receipt of the Order. Upon completion of the Order, the Customer receives a unique Order number, which he can use to communicate with DATAFLOW I.K.E. for any information regarding his Order. The e-mail with the confirmation of the Order includes all the details of the Order (such as a list of the products ordered by the Customer, prices, shipping costs, etc.)

When all checks are completed (availability, bank verification, etc.) and the product is ready to be shipped, the Customer will be charged the corresponding amount and notified by e-mail.

The Customer has the right to request access to all personal data that DATAFLOW I.K.E. maintains and uses. for the customer. The Customer has the right to request that DATAFLOW I.K.E. any inaccuracies free of charge.

DATAFLOW I.K.E. is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the Customer himself. All product return costs are borne by the Customer.

 

8. PRICES

All prices on www.data-flow.gr are in Euros and are valid for all countries. Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) of 24%. In the event that the VAT changes prior to the acceptance/confirmation of an Order, then the new rate will be imposed. If the customer's card is not charged in Euros but in some other currency it will be charged in the currency in which the Account is maintained, at the applicable exchange rate selected by the Bank from usual sources, according to conversion from the EURO (€) to the other currency.

DATAFLOW I.K.E. reserves the right to update/upgrade Product Prices at any time without prior notice. The Price applicable to the Order will be disclosed in the Order prior to payment.

DATAFLOW I.K.E. has the discretion to proceed with exclusive offers.

If the Customer is outside the European Union, additional taxes, fees or duties may apply (eg import taxes, etc.). These charges are not included in the product prices and are borne by the Customer. The Customer is also solely responsible for all procedures. Also, the Customer must check whether the Product of the order can be legally imported into the country of delivery.

Shipping costs for purchases under 50 euros are not included in the prices listed on www.data-flow.gr and are calculated in the total amount of the order at checkout.

If a product has an incorrect price and this is due to either a typographical error or wrong information from the supplier of the product, and DATAFLOW I.K.E. accept an order before the error is detected, DATAFLOW I.K.E. will contact the Customer to ask if they are willing to pay the correct consideration for the Product(s) ordered. If the Customer refuses to pay the correct price, DATAFLOW I.K.E. reserves the right to cancel the order immediately and to consider the contract void, without its own liability.

 

9. SHIPPING COSTS

Orders within Greece are delivered with transport companies such as ACS or by regular transport companies. Shipping costs for orders under 50 euros are charged to the Customer, and are automatically calculated during the order process and are as follows:

Order 0-50 Euro:
Shipping costs 5 Euro
Order 51 and above:
Shipping costs 0 Euro

 

10. PAYMENT

The Customer undertakes to pay the total value of the Products and the shipping costs according to www.data-flow.gr and also to pay for customs clearance costs, VAT or any other taxes due to the importation of the Products into the country of delivery.

Payments are made in one of the following ways:

Charge to the Customer's Credit/Debit card. DATAFLOW I.K.E. they accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Pre-paid cards. The exclusively cooperating bank of DATAFLOW I.K.E. it is Alphabank and its secure online transaction system. During the online process of charging the Customer's card, the Customer leaves the DATAFLOW I.K.E. website. and enters a secure Alphabank website, where he fills in his card details, behind the Bank's protection shield. Upon successful completion of this process, the Customer is redirected to www.data-flow.gr. DATAFLOW I.K.E. at no stage of this process do they get to know the details of the Customer's card. The card provider may attempt a security check to confirm the identity of the person placing the Order. In the event that the provider refuses or does not approve the payment, DATAFLOW I.K.E. is not responsible for any delay or even non-delivery of the order.
Bank account deposit. The Customer can proceed with the payment by depositing into one of DATAFLOW I.K.E.'s accounts, in a bank branch or through e-banking. It is necessary for the Customer to write his name on the payment receipt.

11. RETURN POLICY

To return the products, the proof of purchase of the products must be presented. The return, replacement must take place within 10 days from the date of receipt. You can return to replace or get credit for the goods, according to country law. Products must be unworn and undamaged.

 

12. LEGAL LIABILITY

For any dispute, the Athens courts, in Greece are competent.
